Jantzen Bradford joins Westminster College with more than a decade of coaching and strength and conditioning experience at the high school and collegiate levels. A Westminster alumnus, Bradford previously served as the Blue Jays' Running Backs Coach while directing the football program's strength and conditioning efforts, helping lead the conference's top rushing attack. He later returned as Defensive Line Coach, contributing to one of the top defenses in the conference.Â
Throughout his career, Bradford has served as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Fulton High School and North Callaway High School, designing year-round performance programs for athletes across multiple sports while also coordinating record-setting football offenses. He has also coached at Rock Bridge High School, completed a Division I strength and conditioning internship at the University of Missouri, and taught as an Adjunct Professor of Physical Education at William Woods University.Â

Bradford earned his bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Westminster College with minors in Coaching and Public Health before completing a master's degree in Sports Nutrition and Performance from Logan University. His coaching philosophy centers on developing explosive, resilient, and disciplined athletes through evidence-based training, intentional movement, and a culture of accountability that prepares student-athletes for success both in competition and in life.Â

Away from the weight room, Bradford enjoys spending time with his 14-year-old daughter, who competes in softball. He also coaches her competitive softball team and is passionate about helping young athletes build confidence, character, and a lifelong appreciation for sport.
