Rosie Kent is entering her third year with the Westminster College Athletic Department after being promoted in December 2025 to Assistant Athletic Director for Athletic Operations and Senior Woman Administrator. In her current role, she oversees the department's day-to-day athletic operations, coordinates game and event management, assists with departmental strategic planning, and serves as the department's Senior Woman Administrator (SWA), advocating for the well-being and equitable treatment of student-athletes while representing the department on institutional and conference initiatives.
Prior to Westminster, Kent served at Waldorf University, where she joined the Sport Information Department as a Graduate Assistant in March 2022 before being promoted to Sports Information Director in July 2022.
As Sports Information Director, Kent played a key role in the transition to a new athletics website and oversaw communications for 23 varsity sports. She wrote game recaps, press releases, feature stories, scripts, and other content highlighting the athletic department and its student-athletes. She managed and maintained the athletics website by updating scores, results, photos, and headshots, while also creating promotional graphics for Player of the Week honors, schedules, and conference recognitions. In addition, Kent served on the athletics administrative board, providing input on departmental initiatives and strategic decisions.
Before her time at Waldorf, Kent spent nearly four years as a collegiate volleyball coach at Buena Vista University. During her tenure, eight student-athletes earned All-Conference honors, while 13 were recognized as Academic All-Conference selections.
Kent earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside and a Master of Organizational Leadership from Waldorf University.
Kent resides in Fulton, Missouri, with her husband, Jake, son, James, and their three dogs.
