12/6/2025 Carlinville, IL- The Westminster College men's wrestling team traveled to Blackburn College for a Saturday afternoon dual. The Blue Jays would win 31-24.
Michael Roberts captured a pinfall victory in the 165-pound weight class, and with that win, he broke the school's career wins record. He now sits at 71 career victories. Elsewhere on the mat,
Isaac Gawronski won by pinfall in the 125-pound weight class,
Henry Warfel won by tech fall 16-1 in the 133-pound weight class. Drake Schimdt won by tech 19-0 in the 141-pound weight class,
Adam Peregoy won by a 10-9 decision at 157-pounds.
Levi Casey won by pinfall in the 174-pound weight class. The Blue Jays improve to 1-1 on the season, they will compete in the Ozarks Duals on December 10th in Clarksville, Arkansas.
